I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, from the reception to the restaurants, were incredibly polite, helpful and professional. The room was spacious and elegant, with luxurious decor and comfortable amenities. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and convenient. Breakfast was delicious with a decent range of choices, and the fresh juices were a highlight. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.

There were some aspects of the hotel that could use improvement. The indoor pool located inside the gym was too small and often overcrowded with out of control young children, making it difficult for other guests to enjoy.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, but it is compensated with a variety of facilities such as indoor and outdoor pools, equipped gym, and three restaurants. The room was elegantly decorated, with a stunning view from every angle. The staff was generally good in offering information and advice on the hotel facilities. , the F&B director cared about the food quality and our overall comment during breakfast.

The breakfast had adequate choices and the fresh juices were a highlight.
